Mid-Level/Senior Full Stack Engineer
Join a high-growth, profitable, venture-backed, remote-first startup as our 4th engineer where you’ll work alongside a world-class team tackling meaningful challenges.
We’re looking for a talented full-stack engineer who takes extreme ownership, ships quickly, and is excited to grow with a small team over the coming years as we build a category-defining platform used by hundreds of thousands of people from top companies like Perplexity, Remote, HubSpot, Lambda, and more.
Why Offsite?
While there are many benefits for employers and employees alike in working remotely, running any company is challenging enough, let alone a remote-first organization.
Offsite (offsite.com) is helping create more engaged, connected, and empathetic workplaces of the future by allowing People Leaders at high-growth tech companies to easily plan, manage, and follow-up after team retreats and other types of Offsites.
Offsite is on a mission to make the world a more connected place through team retreats.
Our platform aims to make offsite planning seamless, has already facilitated tens of millions of dollars spend for hundreds of top startups, nonprofits, and enterprise companies.
We’re VC-backed (raised $4.3M from Automattic, Forum Ventures, and 70+ notable angels), profitable, increasingly AI-enabled and operating fully remotely as we build the go-to marketplace for offsites — think Airbnb, purpose-built for team retreats.
We’ve planned hundreds of offsites for companies around the world for companies like Perplexity, HubSpot, Remote, Guild Education, 15Five, HiBob, ElevenLabs, and others, saving them millions of dollars on their team retreats as well as thousands of planning hours, while sending them to partner properties for higher ROI, more intentional team retreats.
This is a unique opportunity to:
👉 join a profitable, VC-backed startup as an early employee before our Series A...
👉 work wherever you want, however you want (so long as you have exceptional WiFi connection), with invitation to 2x/year All-Hands offsites
👉 take extreme ownership on delivering new features as well as solving challenges problems across the board in our product, from UX/UI improvements to critical integrations, to finding ways to increase various adoption and conversion metrics where you’ll see your work have immediate value for users, venues/vendors, as well as our internal stakeholders on different non-technical teams
👉 work closely with our Head of Engineering, who is also coding alongside you as a “player coach” and our Founder/CEO who is currently heading up Product
👉 have day-to-day impact on the direction of our company through helping us hit aggressive growth goals that will boost our ability to raise future rounds of funding...
👉 and so much more!
